In 2024, Huler, a fast-scaling SaaS business in the HR technology space, needed interim marketing support during a critical transition. Their Marketing Manager was going on maternity leave, and the team needed experienced cover to work closely with their Chief Revenue Officer, keep momentum, provide strategic clarity, and help support the next phase of growth.

The business was targeting a highly specific market of CHROs and HRDs across multiple sectors, with ambitious ARR targets and a growing suite of digital products.

Delivered a creative brand campaign for Kudos, linking product messaging with the 2024 Olympic Games and running a social media series giving public ‘kudos’ to standout athletes, driving both reach and product interest.

Quarterly webinar programme
Conceptualised and launched a webinar series tied to quarterly campaign themes, designed to deepen engagement, capture leads, and demonstrate subject matter expertise in key use cases.

Event marketing
Supported Huler’s presence at Learning Technologies (Excel, London) and UNLEASH America, creating pre-event visibility, at-event collateral, and post-event follow-up workflows.

Always-on delivery
Managed ongoing social media activity across all platforms — ensuring a consistent, engaging brand presence for target audiences.
