CASE STUDY
Unifying three brands under one global identity
PageUp, a global leader in talent management software, had recently acquired Clinch and eArcu – two respected brands in the recruitment marketing and ATS space. With the goal of bringing all three businesses under one cohesive global brand, PageUp underwent a visual and strategic rebrand.
To ensure a seamless rollout of the new brand identity across all customer touchpoints, PageUp needed additional support. Their internal design team was managing core assets, but with an extensive volume of collateral, case studies, and product content to update, they needed a trusted partner who could maintain momentum and deliver at scale – without compromising on quality or consistency.
OUR APPROACH
We were brought in to provide both design and content support as an extension of the internal team, working closely with PageUp’s Global Customer Success and Content Managers and design leads.
Our brief spanned brand consistency, customer storytelling, and UX-focused digital work. We ensured every piece of content not only looked like PageUp, but sounded like it too.
Here’s how we supported them:
Collateral redesign and development
Rebranded and restructured assets across the Talent Management Suite, including Learning, Performance, and Succession products.
Presentation and sales enablement support
Delivered refreshed PowerPoint decks, product flyers, and worksheets aligned to the new visual identity and tone of voice.
Thought leadership asset support
Designed and adapted flagship content including the Inbound Recruiting Essentials Guide, with visuals and copy brought in line with the new brand.
Case study transformation project
Worked hand-in-hand with the Global Customer Success Manager to re-write and redesign of 40+ case studies. Each case study was updated to reflect a unified voice and identity, creating a consistent and credible customer narrative across the group.
Digital UX support
Created homepage wireframes and high-fidelity design mockups to support the digital team in shaping the refreshed PageUp website.
THE IMPACT
Our work helped PageUp:
- Execute a brand unification at scale – with consistent design and messaging across newly acquired brands
- Accelerate time-to-market – enabling the internal team to focus on strategic launches while we delivered high-quality rebranded content
- Enhance credibility and clarity – with 40+ case studies reimagined to align with the new global voice and showcase customer success stories more effectively
By integrating seamlessly into the existing team and flexing across content, design, and digital, we helped PageUp bring their unified brand to life – internally and externally.
